Code, State Personnel and Pensions § 35–301","heading":"","body":"(a) In this section, “fiduciary” means a person with discretionary authority or control over:\n(1) the management or administration of any of the supplemental retirement plans; or\n(2) the management or disposition of the assets of any of the supplemental retirement plans.\n(b) A fiduciary is subject to the duties and responsibilities imposed on fiduciaries by Title 21, Subtitle 2 of this article.\n(c) A fiduciary is entitled to indemnification and insurance as provided under § 21-207 of this article.","path":["Article - State Personnel and Pensions"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gsp\u0026section=35-301","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:07Z","sha256":"6ef5a40691611635681dba8a93a0a670a2674c2b2fd958dc7505d6f16db3c3a4","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-state-personnel-and-pensions-35-205","next":"us-md/md.-code-state-personnel-and-pensions-35-302"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
