Code, Tax - General § 3–105","heading":"","body":"(a) In addition to the powers and duties set forth elsewhere in this title and in Title 13, Subtitle 5 of this article, the Tax Court:\n(1) as to any matter before it, shall pass a written order that is signed by at least 1 of the judges;\n(2) shall have a seal for the certification of copies of orders of the Tax Court by the clerk; and\n(3) may ask the Department to perform administrative duties for the Tax Court.\n(b) Subject to § 3-103 of this title, Title 13 of this article, and § 14-512 of the Tax - Property Article, the Tax Court may adopt reasonable rules of procedure in accordance with the provisions for adopting regulations under Title 10, Subtitle 1, Parts I through III, V, and VI of the State Government Article.","path":["Article - Tax - General"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtg\u0026section=3-105","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:18Z","sha256":"aa34c8c4d7cdaf4f7645496fdf3008234afe831bd5f86e485270383df89cdcc9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-tax-general-3-104","next":"us-md/md.-code-tax-general-3-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
