Code, Tax - Property § 3–105","heading":"","body":"(a) Two members of a board are a quorum to do business.\n(b) (1) The board shall issue an order that sets forth its determination of any matter brought before it. Two members of a board shall sign the order.\n(2) The order shall be filed with the clerk of the board.\n(c) Each member of a board is entitled to:\n(1) compensation at an hourly rate as provided in the State budget; and\n(2) reimbursement for expenses under the Standard State Travel Regulations, as provided in the State budget.\n(d) With the approval of the Administrator, each board may employ a staff in accordance with the State budget.","path":["Article - Tax - Property"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtp\u0026section=3-105","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:27Z","sha256":"407424cb98f801c023c22c06aebc451dd3a1ee796ac5c1ee0c63678fe0b2ae89","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-tax-property-3-104","next":"us-md/md.-code-tax-property-3-106"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
