Code, Transportation § 11–136","heading":"","body":"(a) “Motorcycle” means a motor vehicle that:\n(1) (i) Has motive power;\n(ii) Has a seat or saddle for the use of the rider;\n(iii) Is designed to travel:\n1. On not more than three wheels in contact with the ground; and\n2.
