Code, Transportation § 12–202","heading":"","body":"(a) Except as otherwise provided in § 16-205.1(f) of this article, if the Maryland Vehicle Law or a rule or regulation of the Administration provides that a license or privilege may be suspended or revoked only after a hearing, the Administration shall give the licensee:\n(1) Written notice of the hearing and any charge made; and\n(2) An opportunity to be heard in person.\n(b) The notice required by this section shall:\n(1) Contain the information required by § 12-204 of this subtitle;\n(2) Be given at least 10 days before the date of the hearing; and\n(3) Be sent to the licensee as provided in § 12-114 of this title.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=12-202","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"e01c10a49192f141c103a2996f3bffdd34eabf83d816e6e91b7ae2c757cd7bcd","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-12-201","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-12-203"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
