Code, Transportation § 16–302","heading":"","body":"(a) A person may not duplicate or reproduce the following:\n(1) Any identification card issued under this title by the Administration; or\n(2) A driver’s license issued under this title.\n(b) A person may not produce a facsimile of an identification card issued by the Administration or a driver’s license unless the facsimile is:\n(1) In black and white; or\n(2) Less than one-half or more than twice the size of the identification card issued by the Administration or driver’s license.\n(c) The Administration may apply to a circuit court of this State for an injunction, as provided by the Maryland Rules, to restrain a person from violating or continuing to violate any provision of this section.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=16-302","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"95b08d925dcc6f8e26eb1dc1318b208fbe5c87bd979c4d75a07160896435c151","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-16-301","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-16-303"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
