Code, Transportation § 20–113","heading":"","body":"(a) (1) The Administration shall prepare and, on request, supply to police departments, sheriffs, and other appropriate agencies or individuals, forms for the written accident reports required by § 20–107 of this title.\n(2) The forms shall:\n(i) Require sufficiently detailed information to disclose the cause of the reported accident, the conditions then existing, and the persons and vehicles involved; and\n(ii) Distinguish autocycles from motorcycles.\n(b) Each written accident report required by § 20–107 of this title shall be made on the form that the Administration requires and shall contain all the available information required by the report.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=20-113","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"be45aaf8870fe18b71f16878321116f1c38e3b8659e70a444eb51e74562ede7a","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-20-109","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-21-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
