Code, Transportation § 22–608","heading":"","body":"The manufacturer, distributor, or designated agent of the manufacturer or distributor of each make and model of motor vehicle sold in this State shall file with the Administration a written certification that the particular make and model complies with the sound level limits established under § 22-605 of this subtitle for new motor vehicles.
