Code, Transportation § 3–304","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to the provisions of § 3-307 of this subtitle, any county in this State may participate in the proceeds of the sale of bonds issued under this subtitle.\n(b) On the date designated by the Department, a county that desires to participate shall notify the Department of:\n(1) Its desire to participate in the proceeds of the next series of bonds to be issued by the Department; and\n(2) The proposed amount of its participation.\n(c) The Department may extend the date for notification when appropriate.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=3-304","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"af0be5bd10499fe5c4210a2747815efa607494f28a7abb987a155611e4255fa6","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-3-303","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-3-305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
