Code, Transportation § 3–514","heading":"","body":"(a) Subject to § 3-515 of this subtitle, the Department may allow any county in this State to participate in an issue of bonds under this subtitle.\n(b) On the date designated by the Department, a county that desires to participate shall notify the Department of:\n(1) Its desire to participate in the proceeds of the next series of bonds to be issued under this subtitle;\n(2) The proposed amount of its participation; and\n(3) A description of the revenues to be pledged by the county to pay debt service on the bonds.\n(c) The Department may extend the date for notification when appropriate.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=3-514","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"50bd903c2b2ace831e447bb5e0e768b6bfc1833d541c00c45a1cc2c9cea732b1","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-3-513","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-3-515"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
