Code, Transportation § 7–1003","heading":"","body":"The Administration shall:\n(1) Solicit grant applications from prospective Program applicants;\n(2) Award grants to qualified Program applicants;\n(3) Ensure that the grants awarded under item (2) of this section are distributed among Program applicants to provide door–to–door transportation in the following areas:\n(i) The Baltimore Metropolitan Area;\n(ii) The Washington, D.C.
