Code, Transportation § 7–1005","heading":"","body":"A Program participant that receives a grant under § 7-1003 of this subtitle shall submit to the Administration a written report annually, which shall include:\n(1) The number of riders and drivers participating in the Program;\n(2) The amount and source of matching funds used for grants awarded under § 7-1003 of this subtitle;\n(3) The nature of cooperative efforts between the Program participant and other government and private-sector entities;\n(4) Innovations in risk management for drivers and riders;\n(5) If the Program participant charges fees for door-to-door transportation:\n(i) The fee schedule used by the Program participant;\n(ii) The methodology used in establishing the fee schedule; and\n(iii) The total amount of fees collected by the Program participant;\n(6) The amount and source of any revenue, other than fees reported under item (5) of this section, generated by the Program participant in connection with the Program; and\n(7) Any other information required by the Administration to evaluate and operate the Program and monitor the use of grant funds awarded to the Program participant.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=7-1005","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"7d64f395e533b742005e6225d20046ec5677b7702bb21281e6571d0c9bfde2c3","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-7-1004","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-7-1101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
