Code, Transportation § 8–1007","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before December 31 each year, the Department shall submit a report to the Governor and, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, the General Assembly that includes:\n(1) The status of Vision Zero;\n(2) The activities, and any findings and recommendations, of the coordinator; and\n(3) A summary of each quarterly public meeting held in the previous year.\n(b) The Department shall make the report required under subsection (a) of this section available on its website.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=8-1007","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"3e9f6663eebfe9f4de5b937673dc185f11547429995cbed5073f2b0c5d0ed0a9","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-8-1006","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-10-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
