Code, Transportation § 8–322","heading":"","body":"(a) The plats and estimates approved by the Commission shall be kept as part of the permanent records of the Commission.\n(b) Notwithstanding any other statute to the contrary:\n(1) Except as permitted by the Commission, the plats prepared by the Administration are not public information or open to public inspection until they have been recorded; and\n(2) Except when filed with a board of property review or a court, the estimates prepared by the Administration are not public information or open to public inspection until all the property shown on the plats has been acquired or its price determined.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=8-322","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"6fe94ddf8b5f8e141360e925e8938b386b6ee3d3b70327441c24c7976ca049f5","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-8-321","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-8-323"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
