Code, Transportation § 8–413","heading":"","body":"Within 45 days after the end of each month, the Administration shall send to each county and Baltimore City a statement that shows, segregated according to the classifications adopted for its records:\n(1) The expenditures made from the highway user revenue funds allocated for each of the counties and Baltimore City and held by the Administration;\n(2) The purposes for which the expenditures were made, such as for construction, reconstruction, or maintenance of county or Baltimore City roads or for debt service;\n(3) The total receipts credited in each month;\n(4) The disbursements from the Account;\n(5) The balance remaining to the credit of the county or Baltimore City at the end of each month; and\n(6) The amount, if any, of this balance that is encumbered and for what purpose.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=8-413","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"cf9efc8a5e40f8e7c059a0dc2047b1255a1121130c698a611ccea654409b0db2","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-8-412","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-8-501"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
