Code, Transportation § 8–613.1","heading":"","body":"By January 15 of each year, the Administration shall submit to the General Assembly, subject to § 2-1257 of the State Government Article, and to the governing body of each affected county and municipality a written report setting forth the following for each primary and secondary highway project:\n(1) The status of all incomplete projects for which funds have been appropriated or expended for fiscal years completed before the report;\n(2) A statement of the funds budgeted or expended on each incomplete project in the fiscal year preceding the report;\n(3) A statement of the funds expended or expected to be expended in the then current fiscal year on each incomplete project;\n(4) A list of all projects that were completed in the fiscal year preceding the report; and\n(5) A statement of the total funds budgeted and expended on each project completed in the fiscal year preceding the report.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=8-613.1","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"75b98231d38d3f461cdbd24ea3101cf640f0747cc5db6cc49bffbef0d7354619","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-8-613","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-8-613.2"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
