Code, Transportation § 8–908","heading":"","body":"(a) On or before December 31 each year, the Department shall submit a report to the Senate Finance Committee, Senate Budget and Taxation Committee, House Appropriations Committee, House Environment and Transportation Committee, and Baltimore City Delegation to the General Assembly, in accordance with § 2–1257 of the State Government Article, on the status of the Program.\n(b) The report required under subsection (a) of this section shall include:\n(1) The status of any grant projects funded by the Program; and\n(2) A discussion of whether there is a need to reevaluate the Program to ensure that it is meeting the goals stated in § 8–903(b) of this subtitle.\n(c) The report required under subsection (a) of this section shall be made available on the Department’s website.","path":["Article - Transportation"],"source_url":"https://mgaleg.maryland.gov/mgawebsite/Laws/StatuteText?article=gtr\u0026section=8-908","current_through":"2026-01-01","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T20:01:38Z","sha256":"801a8c7afb5e208bfdcdf1c2e4c5d69d4a9e6a075650c49c5f6e964a1c4d48c0","source_id":"us-md","stale":false,"prev":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-8-907","next":"us-md/md.-code-transportation-8-1001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
