{"data":{"id":"us-me/10-m.r.s.-1157","jurisdiction":"us-me","citation":"10 M.R.S. §1157","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this chapter, unless the context otherwise indicates, the following terms have the following meanings.\n1.  Performing group.  \"Performing group\" means a vocal or instrumental group seeking to use the name of another group that has previously released a commercial sound recording under that name.\n2.  Person.  \"Person\" means any individual, partnership, corporation or association.\n3.  Recording group.  \"Recording group\" means a vocal or instrumental group at least one of whose members has previously released a commercial sound recording under that group's name and in which the member has a legal right by virtue of use or operation under the group name without having abandoned the name or affiliation with the group.\n4.
