Except as provided in this section, this Act displaces conflicting tort, restitutionary and other laws of this State providing civil remedies for misappropriation of a trade secret.  This Act does not affect:\nA.  Contractual remedies, whether or not based upon misappropriation of a trade secret;\nB.  Other civil remedies that are not based upon misappropriation of a trade secret;\nC.  Criminal remedies, whether or not based upon misappropriation of a trade secret;\nD.  The duty of any person to disclose information where expressly required by law; or\nE.
