Digital signature.  \"Digital signature\" means a computer-created electronic signature that:\nA.  Is intended by the person using it to have the same force and effect as the use of a manual signature;\nB.  Is unique to the person using it;\nC.  Is capable of verification;\nD.  Is under the sole control of the person using it; and\nE.  Is linked to data in such a manner that it is invalidated if the data are changed.\n2.  Electronic signature.  \"Electronic signature\" has the same meaning as used in chapter 1051.\n3.
