The following penalties apply to violations of rules regulating the operation of motor vehicles on public water supplies.\nA.  A person who violates a rule regulating the operation of motor vehicles on public water supplies commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.\nB.
