A person may not intentionally or knowingly mutilate, deface or destroy a notice or rule of the commissioner posted in conformity with this Part.\n2.  Penalties.  The following penalties apply to violations of this section.\nA.  A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.\nB.
