Prohibition.  A person may not fish in any pond or in that portion of any river or stream subject to the authority of the Maine Indian Tribal-State Commission created by Title 30, Part 4 in violation of the rules or regulations of the commission.\n2.  Penalty.  The following penalties apply to violations of this section.\nA.  A person who violates subsection 1 commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.\nB.
