A person without authority from the commissioner may not:\nA.  Tamper with a fishway;\nB.  Close a fishway to fish migration;\nC.  Introduce foreign objects into a fishway; or\nD.  Otherwise damage or destroy a fishway.\n2.  Penalty.  The following penalties apply to violations of this section.\nA.  A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $500 may be adjudged.\nB.
