{"data":{"id":"us-me/12-m.r.s.-6206","jurisdiction":"us-me","citation":"12 M.R.S. §6206","heading":"Fees and forms for libel proceedings","body":"This section applies to the libel proceedings authorized in section 6207.\n1.\nFees.\nThe fees to be taxed on the libel proceedings shall be as follows:\nA.\nFor the libel and order of notice, $5;\nB.\nFor the entry of the libel, $2;\nC.\nFor the hearing, $5;\nD.\nFor posting the notices, and the officer's return of service, $10;\nE.\nFor the delivery or restoration of the items, $10; and\nF.\nFor all the officer's travel in connection with the entire proceeding, as provided under Title 5, section 8.\n2.\nForms.\nThese forms, with such changes as adapt them to the particular court, locality and circumstances of the case, shall be sufficient in law:\nA.\nForm of libel:\nSTATE OF MAINE\nCounty of . . . . . . . .
