Handfishing sea urchin license.  One hundred and sixty dollars on a sea urchin handharvesting license;\n1-A.  Sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license.  One hundred and sixty dollars on a sea urchin hand-raking and trapping license;\n1-B.  Handfishing sea urchin license with tender.  One hundred and sixty dollars on a handfishing sea urchin license with tender.\n2.  Sea urchin dragging license.  One hundred and sixty dollars on a sea urchin dragging license;\n3.  Sea urchin and scallop diving tender license.\n4.  Wholesale seafood license with a sea urchin buyer's permit.  One hundred and sixty dollars on a wholesale seafood license with a sea urchin buyer's permit; and\n5.  Wholesale seafood license with a sea urchin processor's permit.
