A person may not engage in the activities authorized under this section without a current marine worm digger's license or other license issued under this Part authorizing the activities.\n2.  Licensed activity.  The holder of a marine worm digger's license may fish for or take marine worms or possess, ship, transport or sell within the State worms the licensee has taken.\n3.  Eligibility.  A marine worm digger's license may be issued only to an individual who is a resident.\n4.  License fee.  The fee for a marine worm digger's license is $7.\n5.  Violation.
