When the articles of incorporation are delivered for filing by the Secretary of State, the Secretary of State shall, before filing them, determine that the articles:\nA.  Comply with the requirements of sections 104 and 106;\nB.  Set forth the information required by sections 402 and 403; and\nC.  Do not adopt as the name of the corporation a name that is in violation of section 301‑A.\nD.\n2.  Secretary of State to file articles of incorporation.
