Any person is guilty of unlawful gambling if that person intentionally or knowingly advances or profits from unlawful gambling activity.\n1-A.   A person is guilty of unlawful gambling if the person is under 21 years of age and plays a slot machine as defined in Title 8, section 1001, subsection 39.\n2.   Unlawful gambling is a Class D crime.\n3.
