A person may not transfer Salvia divinorum to a minor.\n2.  Penalty.  A person who violates this section commits a civil violation for which a fine of not less than $50 and not more than $1,500, plus court costs, must be adjudged for any one offense.  The fine may not be suspended.\n3.  Affirmative defense.
