Reasonable compensation.  Reasonable compensation under the Maine Uniform Trust Code, section 708;\n4.  Resignation.  Resignation under the Maine Uniform Trust Code, section 705;\n5.  Removal.  Removal under the Maine Uniform Trust Code, section 706; and\n6.  Successor.
