Consent.  The filing of a consent;\n2.  Surrender and release.  The filing of a surrender and release;\n3.  Waiver of notice.  The filing of a waiver of notice by a parent or putative parent under former Title 19, section 532‑C;\n4.  Order terminating parental rights.  The issuance of an order terminating parental rights; or\n5.  Adoption petition.
