Child.  The child;\n2.  Woman giving birth.  The woman who gave birth to the child;\n3.  Person whose parentage to be adjudicated.  A person whose parentage is to be adjudicated;\n4.  Department of Health and Human Services.  The department; or\n5.  Representative of individual.
