Specimen not available; submission of specimens.  Subject to subsection 2, if a genetic testing specimen is not available from a person who may be the genetic father or genetic mother of a child, for good cause and under circumstances the court considers to be just, the court may order the following individuals to submit specimens for genetic testing:\nA.  The parents of the person;\nB.  Brothers and sisters of the person;\nC.  Other children of the person and their mothers; and\nD.  Relatives of the person necessary to complete genetic testing.\n2.  Finding required.
