The New Ventures Maine Advisory Council, established by Title 5, section 12004‑I, subsection 54, and in this chapter referred to as \"the council,\" is composed of the following individuals:\nA.  The Chancellor of the University of Maine System or the chancellor's designee; and\nB.  Fifteen individuals appointed by the Governor who have experience with the problems of displaced homemakers entering, reentering or retraining for the paid workforce or starting a small business.  The council shall elect a chair from among its members.\n2.  Responsibility.
