One shall be the current Chancellor of the University of Maine System, ex officio;\nB.  One shall be the commissioner, ex officio;\nC.  Four shall be named by the Governor for 2-year terms;\nD.  One shall be a member of the Senate appointed by the President of the Senate; and\nE.  One shall be a member of the House of Representatives appointed by the Speaker of the House.\n2.  Expenses.
