Beginning with the budget for the 2008-2009 school year, a regional school unit shall include in its budget document:\nA.  The regional school unit's total cost of funding public education from kindergarten to grade 12, its non-state-funded debt service, if any, and any additional expenditures authorized by law;\nB.  A summary of anticipated revenues and estimated school expenditures for the fiscal year; and\nC.
