A school board shall designate one or more persons to maintain accurate records of all students attending public schools in the unit.\n2.  Contents.  The attendance records shall contain the following information on each student:\nA.  Name;\nB.  Birth date;\nC.  Dates of entering and leaving school in the unit;\nD.  The number of days attended; and\nE.  The number of times late for school.\n3.  Access.  Attendance records shall be made available to the school board at any time.\n4.  Duty of record keeper.
