Contributions and expenditures.  A person, candidate, treasurer, political committee or political action committee may not knowingly make or accept any contribution or make any expenditure in violation of this chapter.\n2.  False statements.  A person, candidate, treasurer or political action committee may not make a false statement in a report required by this chapter.\n3.  Contributions in another's name.  A person may not knowingly:\nA.  Make a contribution in the name of another person;\nB.  Permit the person's name to be used to accomplish a contribution in violation of paragraph A; or\nC.  Accept a contribution made by one person in the name of another person.\n4.  Registration; political action committees.
