The designated voter registration agencies pursuant to NVRA include, but are not limited to:\nA.  Inside agencies that include the Department of the Secretary of State, Bureau of Corporations, Elections and Commissions and Bureau of Motor Vehicles; and\nB.  Outside agencies, or their successors, which include the following:\n(1)  The offices within the Department of Health and Human Services that administer:\n(a)  The Temporary Assistance for Needy Families program under Title 22, chapter 1053‑B;\n(b)  The Women, Infants and Children Special Supplemental Food Program of the United States Child Nutrition Act of 1966;\n(c)  The federal Medicaid program;\n(d)  The Children's Health Insurance Program under Title 22, section 3174‑T;\n(e)  The transitional child care services under a program of transitional support services under Title 22, section 3762;\n(f)  The transitional transportation benefits under a program of transitional support services under Title 22, section 3762;\n(g)  The Higher Opportunity for Pathways for Employment Program under Title 22, section 3790‑A;\n(h)  The Bridging Rental Assistance Program under Title 34‑B, section 3011;\n(i)  A developmental services advocacy program administered by a statewide organization for disability rights;\n(j)  A mental health advocacy program;\n(k)  The children's advocacy centers; and\n(l)  The statewide Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program under Title 22, section 3104;\n(2)  The uniformed service recruitment offices;\n(3)  The public high schools;\n(4)  The offices of municipal clerks and registrars; and\n(5)  The offices within the Department of Labor, Bureau of Rehabilitation Services that administer:\n(a)  Vocational rehabilitation services;\n(b)  Independent living services;\n(c)  Deaf, hard of hearing and late deafened identification cards and vehicle placards; and\n(d)  Deaf, hard of hearing and late deafened telecommunications equipment services.\n2.
