{"data":{"id":"us-me/22-m.r.s.-2430-l","jurisdiction":"us-me","citation":"22 M.R.S. §2430-L","heading":"Compliance check","body":"Notwithstanding section 2430‑K and in accordance with section 2430‑C, subsection 6‑A, the department, or an agent of the department, may enter the premises of a caregiver retail store or a dispensary to conduct a compliance check of the operation of the store or dispensary by attempting to purchase a nominal amount of cannabis for medical use.  The department, or its agent, is not required to identify affiliation with the department.
