{"data":{"id":"us-me/22-m.r.s.-3182","jurisdiction":"us-me","citation":"22 M.R.S. §3182","heading":"Fraudulent representations; penalty","body":"Any person who by means of a willfully false statement or representation, or by impersonation or other fraudulent devices, obtains or attempts to obtain, or aids or abets any person to obtain:\n1.  Assistance not entitled.  Aid to which a person is not entitled;\n2.  Larger assistance.  A larger amount of aid than that to which a person is entitled; or\n3.  Forfeited assistance.
