{"data":{"id":"us-me/23-m.r.s.-3255","jurisdiction":"us-me","citation":"23 M.R.S. §3255","heading":"Watercourses not to injure property; remedy","body":"No road commissioner, without written permission from the municipal officers, shall cause a watercourse to be so constructed by the side of a way as to incommode any person's house or other building or to obstruct anyone in the prosecution of his business.
