An individual resident or nonresident insurance producer may receive any of the full license authorities pursuant to section 1420‑F, subsection 1, paragraphs A to F and surplus lines authority in accordance with chapter 19.\nA.\nB.\nC.\nD.\nE.\n2.  Consultant categories.  A resident or nonresident consultant may receive the following authorities under the license:\nA.  Property and casualty; or\nB.  Life and health.\n3.  Adjuster authorities.  A resident or nonresident adjuster may receive the following authorities under the license:\nA.  Property and casualty insurance adjuster;\nB.  Multiple peril crop insurance adjuster; and\nC.
