A person or the person's agent may not:\nA.  Deny or interfere with admittance to or enjoyment of the public facilities described in section 1420‑A; or\nB.  Otherwise interfere with the rights of a deaf or hard-of-hearing person under section 1420‑A.\n2.  Penalty.  Violation of this section is a Class E crime.
