Department.  \"Department\" means the Department of Labor.\n2.  Nontraditional occupation.  \"Nontraditional occupation\" means:\nA.  For a female participant, an occupation in which 25% or less of the people in that occupation are females according to the United States Department of Labor; and\nB.
