Wage statement.  A railroad corporation in the State shall furnish each employee of that corporation with a statement with every payment of wages to that employee, listing accrued total earnings and taxes to date, and further furnish that employee at the same time with a separate listing of that employee's daily wages and how they were computed.\n2.  Coverage.  Only railroad employees who are operating personnel working on a train are covered under this section.\n3.  Penalty.
