No person may deposit or have in that person's possession any liquor:\nA.  With intent to sell the liquor in the State in violation of law;\nB.  With intent that the liquor be sold in the State in violation of law by any person; or\nC.  With intent to aid or assist any person in an illegal sale.\n2.  Penalties.
