A person commits a traffic infraction if that person occupies a camp trailer, mobile home, tiny home, semitrailer or trailer while it is being moved on a public way.\n2.  Exceptions.  This section does not apply to:\nA.  An employee in the necessary discharge of duties to an employer;\nB.  A trailer being utilized for farming or agricultural purposes;\nC.  A trolley trailer, as defined in section 101, subsection 87, when all passengers on the trolley trailer are seated and the towing machine does not exceed 10 miles per hour; or\nD.
