Permits another person, without authority, to use or possess a certificate of title or certificate of salvage;\n2.  Delivery to Secretary of State.\n3.  Delivery to transferee.  Fails to deliver to a transferee a certificate of title or certificate of salvage within 10 days after the time required;\n4.  Assigned.  Fails to have a correctly assigned clear title to a vehicle as required by section 664‑A;\n5.  False report.  Knowingly makes a false report of the theft or conversion of a vehicle to a law enforcement officer or to the Secretary of State; or\n6.  Other.
